Who we are. Centribolt is the website and advisory practice operating under the Centribolt brand. This notice explains how we handle personal data collected through centribolt.com.
What we collect. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, work email, organisation name, phone number if you provide it, the problem you describe, an anonymised summary of your environment size, your timeline, and budget range. We do not ask for confidential data. Please do not include client names, passwords, machine names, credentials, or sensitive internal details in the form.
Why we collect it. To respond to your enquiry, confirm whether there is a fit, and, if required, arrange a mutual NDA and initial conversation. We do not sell personal data.
Consent and contact. We ask for your consent before using the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing support@centribolt.com. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing without clear consent.
Form processing. The contact form submits to Web3Forms at https://api.web3forms.com/submit and is then forwarded to support@centribolt.com. Data is processed by Web3Forms as configured in the form account and dashboard, and is stored there under the form service’s retention settings. If you are using Cloudflare or another provider, check that setup separately.
How long we keep it. We keep enquiry records for 12 months after the last meaningful contact if the enquiry does not become an engagement. If an enquiry becomes an engagement, the records are retained under the applicable contract and any legal or professional obligations that apply to that engagement. We recommend a qualified professional confirm these periods.
Our response window. We aim to acknowledge enquiries within two business days. We do not promise same-day replies.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or ask about how it is being handled. Send your request to support@centribolt.com. We will try to respond within two business days.
Cookies and analytics. At the time of writing, this site is a static HTML site and the repository does not include analytics scripts, third-party tracking pixels, or ad tags. The current site code does not set cookies. If Cloudflare or another service is added later, it should be disclosed here and in the site configuration. Confirm the live Cloudflare dashboard before publishing any analytics or cookie policy claim.
Children. This website is for business use and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes. We will update this page when the form setup, retention period, or service provider changes.
